Application Fee: $75.00 Per adult applicant, non-refundable

Administration Fee: $250.00 Per household, refundable if application is denied or cancelled within 48 hours

Security Deposit: $500.00 Varies based on credit screening, can be a maximum of 1 month's rent

Hospitality Fee: $55.00 Monthly, includes daily valet trash, pest control, and Fetch package delivery service

Utility billing: $0.00 - $300.00 Varies based on usage, individually metered

Private Garage: $150.00 Monthly, optional

Storage Unit: $35.00 Monthly, optional
